fantastic stay
excellent location lovely view good service clean room
the location was excellent, near key attractions and transportation. i had a lovely view of the marina bay. the service was very good. the staff addressed me by name throughout my stay. they also promptly handled a minor request i had regarding extra pillows. i also appreciated the complimentary high-speed internet access. the room was very clean when i arrived.
the elevators could get crowded during peak hours. i had to wait a bit longer than i expected sometimes.

the hotel has a large outdoor pool with plenty of seating. the gym contains three treadmills and free weights (up to 25 kg). guests can find multiple dining options, including a cafe and a restaurant, located on different floors.

my premier marina bay room had a private balcony overlooking the marina. the room included a king-size bed and a work desk. a rainfall shower and separate bathtub are also standard. i had a tv and a coffee maker.

excellent stay and service
central location lovely view warm greeting ready assistance
the location proved excellent (easy access to attractions and transport). the view of marina bay was wonderful. the service stood out right from arrival. i was greeted warmly, and assistance was readily available. i appreciate the efficiency and kindness shown throughout my stay.
The lighting system in the room seemed slightly complicated initially. I had to familiarize myself with the various switch functions.

towel creations glass bottles airport access
I found the housekeeping perfect. they really took pride in their work and made towel creations for my children like teddy bears. it was a lovely gesture. i also appreciated the glass drink bottles in the room (i refilled them at the filtered water tap in the bathroom!). the hotel is easily accessible from the airport. The mrt station is a short walk away.

dirty room missing dining credits
the location is really convenient.
my room was not very clean and had crumbs on the table (honestly, i expect better). i raised these issues to the manager by email, since no one is at the front desk. i was offered some dining credits that never was.

The location proved very convenient for getting around. i appreciated the cleanliness maintained in the rooms. i found the staff very responsive to requests.
The check-in process felt a little slow. i also had some minor issues with the air conditioning. It was not as cold as i prefer. the elevators sometimes had a long wait Time.

central location bay view breakfast options slippery bathroom floor water spillage limited choices
the location is central it is close to the metro. i booked a premier marina bay 1 king balcony marina bay view. the view of the bay was nice. breakfast had many options.
the bathroom floor was slippery after showering. water spilled from the shower. i almost slipped and fell. in room dining had few choices.

excellent location effective service helpful staff
i found the location excellent transportation was 20 meters away. the hotel services were also excellent. the provided services met my needs effectively the staff was always available when i needed them.
the in room dining menu lacked variety i wished there were more options available.
